Sound Bath with Lisa Belle

Lisa Belle hosts Sound Baths at Visionstas By Design two times per month, one on the first Monday evening of the month from 6 to 7pm; and one on the third Wednesday morning of every month, from 11am to noon!!

Bring your yoga mat or a blanket if you want to relax on the floor, and chair seating will also be available.
