Dr. Lyz is the best therapist I’ve seen. She is passionate and energetic about helping others to achieve their dream lives. And offers amazing tools in helping to empower you reach your goals. Her program is not like traditional therapy, and instead includes many resources and techniques. I look forward to my sessions, and have always felt extremely understood.
