Dr. Lyz and the Visionistas take a totally different approach to balanced health, and I can’t begin to list all the positive things that I have experienced as a result. I always take a nugget of helpful information or inspiration from every interaction I have had. The Vision Board party was so much fun and the Empowered by Design podcasts are amazing. I’m so happy we connected.
